A young person is not time limited within a stage, if they need more time to connect it will allowed.

Stage 1 – Engage – interview and assess with BLIP team and young person – engage in one to one work to build relationship with appointed key worker – identify key development targets and issues to deal with.

Stage 2 – Lift off – make decision on the best pathway with the young person, (small group work or one to one or a mixture), enable the young person to have input in the pathway that they agree is best for them.

Stage 3 – Landing – support into accessing employment or training with ongoing one to one support as they settle into it
