Meet our Volunteers

Jessica - Volunteer

Rina - Volunteer

Jessica has four years of experience working with young people as a Young Leader for the Scouts.  She has taught people of all ages in archery and other activities such as arts and crafts, drama and face painting.
Rina is a student studying Law. She has been a Member of UK Youth Parliament and Charnwood Youth Council.  She is passionately interested in getting young people involved in their communities.  Rina is also a young Ambassador for East Midlands Lions Club. She has raised the funding to implement the Side by Side Mental Health Project.

Michael - Volunteer

Owen - Volunteer

Michael has 4 years experience working with young people, primarily with Charnwood Youth Council, having previously been a member since 2007.  One of his biggest passions is ensuring that young people have the say that they deserve on issues affecting them.   Aside from volunteering, he’s very into media and can normally be found at work driving his bus!
Owen has 4 years of experience working within the youth service as a young person. He started out volunteering at the Charnwood Youth Council and has since moved into working in other areas such as working at a youth centre and becoming a lead volunteer at a local charity shop; Sue Ryder.
